En corto: registrarte en la preventa es gratis y no te compromete a nada. Los primeros 100 registros reciben Pinbo para Mac gratis de por vida (sin extras en la nube, apps móviles ni IA). Pinbo, su nombre, su carita y esta página son nuestros. Si algo no queda claro, escríbenos desde el formulario de privacidad.

1. Quiénes somos y qué cubren estos términos

Estos términos regulan el uso de este sitio y de la preventa de Pinbo, una app para Mac en desarrollo, operada por Olivia Palancares Lira, con domicilio en Cabo Norte, Col. Santa Gertrudis Copó, C.P. 97305, Mérida, Yucatán, México ("Pinbo", "nosotros"). Al usar el sitio o registrarte, aceptas estos términos y nuestro Aviso de Privacidad. Cuando la app salga a la venta, tendrá su propio contrato de licencia, que te mostraremos antes de comprar o instalar.

2. La preventa

Registrarte es gratis, no pedimos tarjeta y no te obliga a comprar nada.
Fundadores: los primeros 100 correos distintos registrados reciben una licencia personal de Pinbo para Mac de por vida, sin costo. Se cuenta por orden de registro según nuestros registros internos.
Resto de la lista: recibe el beneficio de lanzamiento que anunciemos en ese momento (por ejemplo, un precio especial por tiempo limitado).
Un beneficio por persona. Podemos anular registros falsos, automáticos, duplicados o hechos con correos de otras personas.
Qué incluye la licencia de Fundador: Pinbo para Mac con todas sus funciones y todas sus actualizaciones, para uso personal, en las Macs que uses tú, sin costo y de por vida.
Qué no incluye: los servicios y extras que nos generan un costo por cada usuario o que son productos distintos, entre ellos: sincronización o respaldo en la nube entre dispositivos (incluida la que se haga con iCloud o con servidores nuestros), apps para iPhone, iPad u otras plataformas, funciones con inteligencia artificial, y planes para equipos o empresas. Si lanzamos alguno, podremos ofrecerlo aparte con un precio especial para Fundadores.
La licencia de Fundador es personal e intransferible y no puede revenderse.
Pinbo está en desarrollo. Las funciones, fechas y precios mostrados son nuestra intención actual y pueden cambiar. Si el proyecto no llegara a lanzarse, la preventa termina sin costo ni obligación para nadie.

3. Compras futuras

Cuando Pinbo salga a la venta, el precio, la forma de pago, las renovaciones de los planes mensuales, la cancelación y la política de reembolso se mostrarán claramente antes de pagar. Los planes mensuales se podrán cancelar en cualquier momento y conservarás el acceso hasta el final del periodo pagado.

4. Uso aceptable del sitio

No está permitido: registrar correos de otras personas; enviar registros automáticos; intentar acceder a áreas privadas, a la información de otros usuarios o a nuestra infraestructura; interferir con el funcionamiento del sitio; ni copiar el sitio o sus contenidos para ofrecer un producto que se confunda con Pinbo.

5. Marca y propiedad intelectual

El nombre "Pinbo", el logotipo, la mascota (la carita verde), el diseño de la app y del sitio, los textos, ilustraciones, animaciones y el código son propiedad de Pinbo o se usan con autorización, y están protegidos por las leyes de propiedad intelectual. No puedes usarlos sin nuestro permiso por escrito, salvo para hablar de Pinbo o compartir este sitio.
Las demostraciones de la página son simulaciones de cómo funcionará la app.
Mac, macOS y Safari son marcas de Apple Inc., registradas en EE. UU. y otros países. Chrome es una marca de Google LLC. Pinbo no está afiliado, patrocinado ni respaldado por Apple ni por Google.
Si crees que algo en este sitio infringe tus derechos, avísanos con el formulario y lo revisaremos de inmediato.

6. Garantías y responsabilidad

El sitio y la preventa se ofrecen "tal cual", sin garantías de disponibilidad ininterrumpida. En la medida que permita la ley, no somos responsables por daños indirectos derivados del uso del sitio. Nada de esto limita los derechos que te otorga la Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor u otras leyes que no se pueden renunciar.

7. Cambios y ley aplicable

Podemos actualizar estos términos; publicaremos la nueva versión aquí con su fecha y, si el cambio te afecta de forma importante, te avisaremos por correo. Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de México. Cualquier controversia se resolverá ante los tribunales competentes del domicilio del titular, salvo que la ley de protección al consumidor te dé derecho a otra jurisdicción.

In short: joining the pre-sale is free and commits you to nothing. The first 100 signups get Pinbo for Mac free for life (no cloud extras, mobile apps or AI). Pinbo, its name, its little face and this site are ours. If anything is unclear, reach us through the privacy form.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this site and of the pre-sale for Pinbo, a Mac app in development, run by Olivia Palancares Lira, with address at Cabo Norte, Col. Santa Gertrudis Copó, ZIP 97305, Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico ("Pinbo", "we"). By using the site or signing up you accept these terms and our Privacy Notice. When the app goes on sale it will have its own license agreement, shown to you before you buy or install.

2. The pre-sale

Signing up is free, needs no card and doesn't oblige you to buy anything.
Founders: the first 100 distinct email addresses to sign up get a personal lifetime license to Pinbo for Mac at no cost, counted in signup order according to our records.
Everyone else on the list gets the launch benefit we announce at that time (for example, a limited-time special price).
One benefit per person. We may cancel fake, automated or duplicate signups, or signups made with someone else's email.
What the Founder license includes: Pinbo for Mac with every feature and every update, for personal use, on the Macs you use, at no cost, for life.
What it doesn't include: services and add-ons that cost us money for each user or that are separate products, including: cloud sync or backup between devices (whether through iCloud or our own servers), apps for iPhone, iPad or other platforms, AI features, and team or business plans. If we launch any of them, we may offer them separately with a special Founder price.
The Founder license is personal, non-transferable and may not be resold.
Pinbo is in development. Features, dates and prices shown are our current plan and may change. If the project never launches, the pre-sale ends at no cost or obligation to anyone.

3. Future purchases

When Pinbo goes on sale, the price, payment method, monthly renewals, cancellation and refund policy will be shown clearly before you pay. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable use of the site

You may not: sign up other people's emails; submit automated signups; try to access private areas, other users' information or our infrastructure; interfere with the site; or copy the site or its content to offer something that could be mistaken for Pinbo.

5. Brand and intellectual property

The name "Pinbo", the logo, the mascot (the little green face), the design of the app and site, the text, illustrations, animations and code belong to Pinbo or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our written permission, except to talk about Pinbo or share this site.
The demos on this site are simulations of how the app will work.
Mac, macOS and Safari are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Chrome is a trademark of Google LLC. Pinbo is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Apple or Google.
If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, tell us through the form and we'll review it right away.

6. Warranties and liability

The site and the pre-sale are provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here with its date and email you if a change affects you significantly. These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will go before the competent courts of the owner's domicile, unless consumer law entitles you to another venue.
