3. Why we use it
Necessary purposes (we can't provide the service without them):
Registering you for the pre-sale and holding your spot (including a Founder spot, if you get one).
Sending you your free access or launch price when Pinbo ships.
Telling you about the launch and important changes to the pre-sale.
Preventing abuse (automated or fake signups).
Optional purposes (you can object without losing your spot): understanding, in aggregate, where people come from and what they'd use Pinbo for, to improve the app. To object, use the form in section 9.
4. Who it's shared with
We never sell or rent your data. Only providers that help us run the service handle it, on our behalf and under their own security measures:

When we send launch emails we'll use an email delivery service; we'll name it here before using it.
We would only hand data to an authority if the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
For the length of the pre-sale and up to 12 months after launch. If you're a Founder, we keep your email for as long as your license exists, since it proves the license is yours. If you ask us to delete your data, we do it sooner.
6. How we protect it
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS).
Signups are kept in private storage that isn't reachable from the internet.
Only the project owner can see them, behind a long key with a limit on attempts.
We keep the minimum and strip parameters from links, which could carry other people's data.
7. Your rights and how to withdraw consent
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to object to its use, or to withdraw your consent. Use the form in section 9 with the email you signed up with. We'll reply to that email within 20 business days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact Mexico's data protection authority (Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno).
8. Visitors from other countries
If you're in the European Union or the UK, we process your data based on your consent (given when you sign up), and you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability, plus the right to complain to your local authority. Your data is stored in the United States with our hosting provider. The pre-sale is not meant for anyone under 16.
